Because being a part of a works council requires not only a high level of commitment but also represents a significant time and communication challenge. This effort is often underestimated, both externally and internally. Alexander has carried such spark within him for many years, while he served as an HR manager and managing director for large corporations and medium-sized companies, particularly in times when transformation, structural optimization, and efficient HR departments were needed.
